Just Camping . . .
We offer camping in July and August.
We have a small
and beautiful but basic campsite
(basic means: cold water tap, earth squat-style latrine, central campfire),
so if you just want to come and enjoy the countryside, here's your chance.
There are two options:
July: in a young woods we recently bought.
August : in our camping field overlooking the valley.
In the field, the views out over the valley are brilliant, and you might be sharing the field with a few others.
The woods is more secluded, with individual tent sites dotted among the trees and clearings.
But both are really nice.
Walking round here is fantastic and the local beach is great for kids.
Just to be clear, campers do not join in with day-to-day community
life
and if what you're really interested in is learning about the community,
you should come on a course or as a volunteer instead.
Cost £5 per person per night (children 6 - 16 £2.50).
Please note: we do not encourage cars driving through the farmyard
so when you arrive please ask to borrow a wheelbarrow to help move your stuff.
No dogs, sorry.
